Michelle Donaldson of Fayetteville, Tennessee is the owner of Spray’s Jewelers.
Michelle bought the business from Dwain Spray in February 2016. She worked for Mr. Dwain Spray for 20 of her 39 years of jewelry sales. Michelle specializes in diamond bridal sales. She is devoted to her customers and strives to serve the customer well.
Michelle is married to Michael Donaldson and the mother of two children, Candice Donaldson, Joshua Donaldson and his wife Brittany, and a proud grandmother of Rylan, Hannah Belle, Knox, and Theo. She spends her time outside of work watching and cheering for her grandchildren in their extracurricular activities and enjoying the beautiful mountains of Gatlinburg with her family. Michelle loves filling the jewelry cases at Spray's Jewelers with beautiful jewelry and meeting the needs and wants of her customers. Truly, she loves every season of Spray's Jewelers and she loves every customer.
Dwain Spray
Dwain Spray of Fayetteville, Tennessee, is the former owner of Spray's Jewelers. Mr. Spray founded Spray's Jewelers in 2004 in Fayetteville, Tennessee. After selling the store to Michelle Donaldson in February 2016, Dwain continues to work part-time for Spray's Jewelers handling Jewelry repair and estimates in addition to working in the showroom. He is an avid hunter and sportsman. He enjoys turkey, deer, and elk hunting. Dwain achieved two Grand Slams of Wild Turkeys. Dwain enjoys working outside on his farm taking care of his land and trees and walking his dog, Casper. He is married to Sherry Spray. Mr. Spray says that he loves the jewelry business so much that working at Spray's Jewelers is like getting paid to have fun.
Allison Williams Heffington
Allison Williams Heffington, of Liberty, Tennessee, became part of the Spray's family in 2009. She began engraving for the Jewelry store and later joined the sales team. Allison loves people, jewelry, and salesmaking. Spray's Jewelers a perfect place for her. Allison is a graduate of David Lipscomb University with her Bachelors of Art degree in Speech Communications. She is a former downtown business owner and former Main Street Director. She loves being a mother, mother-in-law, and grandmother. Allison is married to John Heffington. the mother of six children. and the grandmother AKA "Graham" to three granddaughters. Allison worships with her family at Liberty Church of Christ. She is a Lincoln County 4-H Volunteer and a Lincoln County FFA Alumni Chapter Officer. She enjoys engraving, embroidery, scrapbooking, cross-stitching, decorating for the holidays, singing, and reading. Her love of her community abounds and she is happy to be part of the Spray's Jewelers family. Allison's favorite season at Spray's Jewelers include the months of December and February. Joshua Donaldson
Joshua Donaldson of Fayetteville, Tennessee, has been with the Spray's Jewelers team since 2015. He is a 2013 graduate of Lincoln County High School and a 2014 graduate of Tennessee College of Applied Technology. Josh enjoys working for the family business soldering permanent jewelry, handling jewelry repairs, and working with customers. Josh married his childhood sweetheart, Brittany Davis Donaldson, and they have two sons, Knox and Theo. In his free time, he can be found deer hunting, camping, hiking, and enjoying the great outdoors. His favorite seasons are fall and football. Go Vols!
Stephanie Waggett
Stephanie Waggett of Fayetteville, Tennessee, came to Spray's Jewelers in 2018. She got her start in the jewelry business in 1996. Stephanie is married to Chris Waggett and she is the mother of four and grandmother of three. She is an avid supporter of Falcon Sports. She can be found walking, spending time with friends, reading, and at the beach. They attend Bevils Chapel Church.
Laura Kate Gordon
Laura Kate Gordon became part of the Sprays Jewelers team in 2024. After graduating from Lincoln Central Academy in 2025, she began building her career in fine jewelry with a focus on merchandising and personalized customer care.
Outside of work, she enjoys reading and spending time with her doxiepoo, Hopper.
Amanda McAnally
Amanda McAnally of Fayetteville, Tennessee, has been a valued member of the Spray's Jewelers team since 2016, bringing 12 years of experience in the jewelry industry. She has been married to her husband, Alex McAnally, for 15 years, and together they have three children - Hayden, Maddie, and Landry. When Amanda isn't at Spray's Jewelers helping customers find the perfect diamond, you'll likely find her at the ball field cheering on her son at baseball games or in the stands supporting her daughters at cheerleading events. In her downtime, she enjoys being in her granny's kitchen, baking, and making sweet memories.
